Our technical support staff is standing by to provide timely information and answer questions regarding our products and applications. These are the same folks that designed Rad-icon’s CMOS sensors and cameras, not some help desk in a far-off country! We’ll be glad to offer suggestions as to which model might be best suited to your application, or address any installation issues with your particular device.

For technical assistance please contact our customer service department (8 am to 6 pm PST) at +1 (408) 736-6000, send us an email, or fill out the Online Request Form. Please be prepared to give a detailed description of your problem. Some of the information we may need includes:

  • The version of ShadoCam you have installed on your system.
  • The name and version of your operating system and your BIOS.
  • The type of hardware (CPU, PCI chipset, frame grabber) you are using.
  • The model number and serial number of the camera you are using.
  • The model number and version of the frame grabber you are using.
